Professorship Program Duration: +18 Months | No Exams Required This is an advanced, practice-based academic program designed to prepare candidates for professorial responsibilities in teaching, supervision, and evaluation. Participants will engage closely with the academic department throughout the program. Program Overview: This is Part I of the Professorship pathway. Upon successful completion, candidates may be eligible to progress to Professorship Part II. Program Requirements: 1. Teaching Commitment: Deliver a minimum of 40 instructional hours per month at the academy, totaling 720 hours over the program duration. 2. Graduate Supervision: Supervise at least five graduate students affiliated with the academy. This must include one PhD student or two DBA/DPhil candidates. 3. Academic Evaluation: Participate as an assistant professor in thesis defenses or examination committees, totaling a minimum of 180 hours. 4. Fee Payment: Monthly program fees must be paid regularly and without interruption, irrespective of the time taken to complete the program components. 5. Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of academic integrity and adhere to all institutional policies, rules, and regulations. 6. Work Location: All teaching, supervision, and evaluation activities must be conducted exclusively at the academy. External work or transferred credits from other institutions are not permitted. Program Duration: The minimum time required to fulfill all program obligations is 18 months. There is no upper limit for completion; however, participants must continue fee payments until all requirements are fully met.
