In Europe until this year we still don't have a single accreditation body to evaluate the quality of online eduction whereas the US Educations System has for more than 90 years many accreditation bodies for distance universities Doireann Mc Dermott from Baltic Times interviewed Dr.Habib Al Souleiman from ABMS Switzerland (the first virtual university in Europe) about the advantages and difficulties which online universities face in Europe.
