To be eligible for this program, you must hold a Ph.D. or an equivalent qualification. Upon completion, you will be awarded a Certificate of Professorship. To begin, click "Enroll Now." After paying the first installment, you will need to submit a copy of your Ph.D. (or equivalent) and a copy of your passport or national ID. This is an +24-month program with no exams, and you will work closely with the academic department. The Professorship Program is designed to support various activities, including but not limited to: Developing new community-based organizations Training across different fields Exploring specialized areas of work Delivering graduate study lectures Program Requirements: 1. Teaching: Prepare and teach 960 hours (usually 40 hours per month over 24 months). 2. Supervision: Supervise 6 graduate students at the academy, with at least two PhD student or three DBA/DPhil students. 3. Evaluations: Participate in joint thesis evaluations or exams as an assistant professor, totaling an additional 240 hours. (one exam counted as 30 minutes, Master thesis evaluation counted 10 hours, Doctorate thesis evaluation counted 20 hours). 4. Fee Payment: Pay the monthly fees consistently, regardless of how long it takes to complete the requirements. 5. Conduct: Maintain good conduct and adhere to the rules and regulations of the academy. 6. Completion: All work must be completed at the academy. No work done at another institution, or planned elsewhere, can be transferred. Program Duration: The minimum time required to complete the program is 24 months. There is no maximum duration, but monthly fees must be paid continuously until the program is completed.
